About the Role
At North Windham Animal Hospital, we are proud to provide high-quality veterinary care in a compassionate and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our dedicated team and support the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced, multi-doctor practice.
As the Hospital Manager, you play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence and fostering a culture that prioritizes patient care, team collaboration, and client satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for managing hospital operations, staff development, and business performance, while helping to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the hospital to ensure efficiency and compliance
Support and mentor team members to uphold a positive workplace culture
Manage financial performance, including budgets, P&L statements, and key performance indicators
Perform HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee relations
Implement and maintain hospital policies and procedures
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized hospital environment for patients, clients, and staff
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a management or leadership role preferred
Empathy and respect for pets, clients, and colleagues
Ability to understand and respond to financial reports and performance metrics
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Commitment to maintaining professional, constructive relationships with the team, clients, and vendors
