We're Renovating!

We’re thrilled to announce that North Windham Animal Hospital is undergoing exciting renovations! Flooring installation is scheduled to begin this week, after hours, to minimize disruption. Our team will work hard to keep the hospital clean and ready for morning operations, but please note there may be slight delays in answering phones or returning calls as equipment will need to be unplugged and restarted.

Why Are We Renovating?

We’re upgrading our hospital to provide a better experience for you and your pets:

• New flooring and fresh paint throughout the hospital
• Cabinet, counter, and shelving upgrades
• Expanded treatment areas by removing a wall for more space

Our expanded treatment space will allow better visibility of pets before and after surgery, so you can feel confident knowing they’re being monitored closely.

What Will the Renovation Look Like?

Renovations will occur in stages to keep services running as smoothly as possible. While most work will happen after hours, there may be occasional adjustments:

• Weekly curbside service will be required starting mid-January through mid- to late February until construction is complete
• Temporary storage changes during flooring installation
• Slight delays in phone response during equipment reconnection

Will My Appointments or Services Be Affected?

In January, our third exam room will temporarily serve as a treatment area, which may lead to slightly longer wait times. Some appointments could require curbside service if space is limited, and tech appointments will be scheduled during specific hours. Surgery days have been redistributed across December and February, with extra Wednesday slots added. During part of the remodel, in-house lab work and diagnostics (including X-ray) may be unavailable while equipment is relocated and re-authorized.

Important Reminder: Starting mid-January through mid- to late February, weekly curbside service will be required for all appointments during construction.
